Taking place in the iconic city of Jerusalem at varying hours, ‘Open Restaurants’ is a unique culinary festival giving visitors a glimpse into the fascinating cultural and culinary diversity of Jerusalem.

The festival includes about 100 different events held all over the city of Jerusalem, even in places which are less culinary oriented, as well as in culinary adequate venues and combine food with art, culture, innovation and technology.

Festival-goers will also have a chance to participate in a series of meetings, workshops and lectures by prominent local personalities, and visits to the city's famous restaurant kitchens.

As part of the festival program, day and night tours will be held at various culinary centers throughout Jerusalem including flavors tours in the Old City,Ein Kerem and more. You are encouraged to take at least one of them!

In addition, FoodTalks meetings will be held with leading culinary experts (we can’t reveal who they are, so keep guessing…), photographers and chefs. The top hotels in Jerusalem will also collaborate with their private chefs at special prices.
